Mal-NH-PEG2-NH2 is a linear, heterobifunctional PEG linker featuring a maleimide group at one end and a primary amine (NH2) at the other, connected by a short PEG2 spacer.  The maleimide group is highly reactive towards thiol (SH) groups, forming stable thioether bonds. The primary amine group can be readily conjugated to carboxyl groups (using EDC/NHS chemistry), activated esters, or other amine-reactive functionalities. This versatile linker is ideal for antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), protein modification, and targeted drug delivery applications.
